Kinder via Internet manipuliert: 18-jähriger Hamburger muss in Haft

Deported Milo Yiannopoulos says he is ‘ashamed’ of support for Trump

British far-right pundit breaks silence on ICE arrest and deportation and says he was ‘really, really terrified’. Milo Yiannopoulos, the British far-right commentator who was arrested last week by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers in Louisiana and deported to the United Kingdom, has broken his silence about the experience, saying that “for the first time I know what it feels like to be really, really terrified”. Yiannopoulos on Tuesday appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored, a YouTube show presented by Piers Morgan, the British broadcaster and media personality. Yiannopoulos, 41, described the experience in the US as “humiliating and disorientating”, “physically degrading” and “frightening”. He also said that he was “ashamed” of his previous support for Donald Trump, who has pursued an agenda of mass deportation throughout his second presidency. “I didn’t really understand the physical reality of how institutionalized the brutality is in America,” he said. “It’s like everybody that’s arrested is an MS-13 gang member, and it hurts a lot more than it looks like on television.” His remarks came just days after he was deported from the US, after being arrested on Thursday by ICE officers at the New Orleans airport. In a statement last week, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the parent agency of ICE, said Yiannopoulos had “legally entered the country” in May 2019, but “chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation’s laws”. Yiannopoulos was an early supporter of Trump before Trump first became US president in 2016. He is a former editor of Breitbart News and later worked to help the rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, explore a presidential run in 2024. The homeland security department said Yiannopoulos was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge on 22 July “after failing to show up for his immigration hearing”.

GRÜNE Mannheim zeigen AfD-Stadträtin an

HATE MACHINE Meta Caught Paying Nazis to Post on Facebook

We did see that coming. Meta was paying out-and-out neo-Nazis to post on Facebook, an investigation from Australia’s ABC News found. These pages and individual creators posted content that appeared to be in clear violation of Facebook’s own hate speech policies. Nonetheless, they were able to earn money on their posts through the platform’s “Content Monetization” program — which is invitation-only. One receiving payouts from Meta was Hugo Lennon, a known far-right agitator and white nationalist with ties to neo-Nazi groups. Lennon was taken away by police for hurling racial abuse at India’s prime minister Narendra Modi during his stay at a Melbourne hotel, and is believed to be one of the organizers behind an “anti-immigration” march on a sacred Indigenous site in the city last year. Lennon, in other words, was a known quantity, and Meta should’ve been under no illusions about who they were paying to drive engagement on the platform. Still, the investigation found that he’s been receiving payments from Facebook since September 2025. Meanwhile, the Facebook page for the Australian white supremacist site The Noticer has been making money through the revenue program since November 2025. Underscoring how much Meta has dropped the ball on this one, even X — owned by Elon Musk, who performed two suspiciously Sieg Heil-looking salutes back in 2025 — has banned The Noticer for violating its “hateful profile policy.” Facebook’s monetization program can be quite lucrative, though it’s unclear how much each of these pages made individually. In 2025, Facebook doled out nearly $3 billion to 16 million accounts, the reporting notes. The platform periodically discloses data on these monetized accounts, which has been collated into a searchable database by the tech accountability non-profit What to Fix. What To Fix executive director Victoire Rio didn’t mince words when it came to Meta’s culpability.

Wausau brothers face felony cases after teen reports neo-Nazi threats, drugs

Two Wausau brothers face felony cases after a 17-year-old told police they described themselves as Nazi extremists, talked about killing people and pressured her to use drugs. Bryan C. Wick, 27, and Tyler Christian Wick, 30, were taken into custody this week in separate but related Marathon County cases. The allegations against both men are detailed in a criminal complaint filed against Bryan Wick on Wednesday. The teenager told Wausau police she knew Bryan Wick through work and agreed July 11 to give him a ride home. She said she went inside the home he shared with Tyler Wick, where the conversation quickly turned to extremist beliefs. According to the complaint, the teenager said the brothers told her they were Nazi extremists and talked about killing non-Christians. Later in the encounter, the complaint says Tyler Wick told the teenager he was going to kill 150 Black men with a rope. She also told police he showed her videos of people being killed and laughed as she became visibly upset. Bryan Wick eventually told his brother to stop scaring her, according to the complaint.
Police also reviewed a Snapchat account the teenager identified as Bryan Wick’s. An officer described the account as containing Nazi imagery and antisemitic material, including a profile photo showing a masked person making what appeared to be a Nazi salute. The officer also described a video in which a masked person appearing to be Bryan Wick criticized Jewish people and another showing a similarly dressed person interacting with a law enforcement officer. Police noted that the latter video could have corresponded with Bryan Wick’s arrest during a March protest in Marathon County. The complaint does not say police definitively established that Wick was the masked person in each video. (…) She said Tyler Wick showed her what he described as marijuana and that the brothers later offered her a vape that smelled like marijuana. The teenager told police she initially refused to use it but eventually gave in after being asked repeatedly. She also described a smoking device containing what appeared to be marijuana and an unidentified white powder. (…)
Bryan Wick faces seven counts, including child enticement involving drugs, exposing a child to harmful material, delivery of THC, felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct, possession of THC and misdemeanor bail jumping. The most serious count, child enticement, is a Class D felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison, a fine of up to $100,000 or both. Prosecutors allege Bryan Wick caused the teenager to enter the home with the intent of providing her a controlled substance. The bail-jumping allegations stem from criminal cases already pending against Bryan Wick when the July encounter occurred. Court records cited in the complaint show he had been released under conditions that included committing no new crimes. Tyler Wick faces felony counts of possessing a firearm while subject to a domestic abuse or child abuse injunction and maintaining a drug trafficking place, along with a misdemeanor count of possessing THC. At their initial court appearances Wednesday, Bryan Wick’s cash bond was set at $30,000 and Tyler Wick’s at $10,000. Both were ordered to have no contact with the teenager or her family and not to possess weapons or controlled substances. Tyler Wick also was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol.
