Schoolboy ‘white supremacist’, 16, is sentenced after sharing terror material and amassing arsenal of weapons including crossbow and knives

An ‘antisemitic’ and ‘white supremacist’ schoolboy who amassed an arsenal of weapons and purported to be in a neo-Nazi group has been detained for three-and-a-half years.  The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons despite an application by the media to name him, was convicted last month of sharing terror publications and pretending to be in a proscribed far-right group.  The jury was unable to agree to a verdict on a charge that he was planning a terror attack on synagogues in Newcastle. The prosecution said it would not apply for a retrial on that count.  The teenager, who was arrested in February last year while wearing his school uniform, purported to be a member of the neo-Nazi organisation The Base.  He put up stickers promoting the group, made promotional material and encouraged others to join. The boy’s trial heard how police found an ‘arsenal’ of weapons, including a crossbow and knives at his home he shared with his father, in Northumberland.  Jurors were shown images of the boy’s bedroom which had an air rifle hanging on the wall and an air shotgun with the words ‘natural selection’ and ‘George Floyd’ scrawled on the barrel, in reference to the black man murdered by a white police officer in Minneapolis in 2020. Police also found a replica of an SS officer’s cap, a flag of Rhodesia, two military tactical vests, military helmets and two skull masks. (…) Officers found 4.8TB of messages and files, the equivalent of 1.2 million songs, and a total of 253,005 messages. He was part of 25 extreme right-wing chat groups.  The teenager watched a video of the New Zealand mosque terror attack then looked up synagogues in the Newcastle area, the court heard.  He also made racist and offensive references in his journal.  In one entry, written on January 30 2023 when he was aged 13, the boy wrote: ‘I swear to God I hate my f**king school. ‘I want to do horrible things to the people in my school. They are just stupid, loud and just overall obnoxious npcs [non-playing characters]. Some of them should be shot.’ He went on to list a ‘Mass Murder Ranking’ topped by Anders Breivik who killed 77 people in Norway, writing: ‘Ultimately he is the best he killed the most amount of people to get his point across to people in the world.’ In another entry he wrote: ‘In other terms I’m angry because I know that I will never have a girlfriend.’

Texas rapist pleads guilty to producing child exploitation material with Neo-Nazi group he led – #terror #cvlt

The group promoted ideologies including neo-Nazism, nihilism, and pedophilia, and distributed graphic material involving violence and abuse. A Texas man has pleaded guilty to leading a disturbing online child exploitation enterprise tied to an extremist group that targeted vulnerable minors. Federal officials announced Thursday that Kaleb Christopher Merritt, 26, of Spring, Texas, who operated online under the alias “eTerror,” admitted to engaging in a child exploitation enterprise. He is currently in federal custody in Los Angeles and is also serving a separate 33-year prison sentence in Virginia. According to prosecutors, Merritt played a leadership role in a group known as “CVLT,” an internet-based network that systematically coerced children, primarily young girls, into producing child sexual abuse material and engaging in self-harm. Authorities say the group victimized at least five minors. Officials described the organization as highly coordinated and deeply disturbing. Members allegedly used manipulation, threats, and exposure to violent extremist content to groom victims. The group promoted ideologies including neo-Nazism, nihilism, and pedophilia, and distributed graphic material involving violence and abuse. Merritt and other leaders of the network reportedly controlled online servers, managed membership, and directly instructed victims during the production of exploitative content. Prosecutors say the group’s ultimate goal was to build a following centered around cruelty and abuse.

The 26-year-old convicted rapist, who is known as “eTerror” and who is already serving a 33-year prison term in Virginia, is in federal custody in Los Angeles, the department said. “Going after dangerous pedophiles is one of the top priorities of our office,” stated Bill Essayli, first assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California. “This sick, perverted criminal led an effort to prey on vulnerable children through the internet. The only way to keep the public safe is to lock him up in prison for as long as possible, and that’s exactly what we will fight for at sentencing.” The Justice Department said that the group aimed to “create an army of sadist followers” and “espoused neo-Nazism, nihilism and pedophilia as its core principles, among others, and exposed children to material depicting and promoting these principles.” That included “repeated uses of Nazi symbols and language and the distribution of bondage, discipline, sadist, and masochistic and gore child sexual-abuse material,” it said; Suspect Pleads Guilty to Engaging in Online Neo-Nazi Group that Exploited Children into Making Child Sexual Abuse Material, A Texas man and convicted rapist pleaded guilty on Thursday to leading a child exploitation enterprise connected to an internet-based extremist group that entices and targets children into producing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and images of self-harm. Image by myshoun from Pixabay  Kaleb Christopher Merritt, 26, a.k.a. “eTerror,” of Spring, Texas, pleaded guilty to one count of engaging in a child exploitation enterprise. (…) “This guilty plea exposes the depravity of CVLT, a criminal enterprise that systematically targeted vulnerable children, coerced them into producing abuse material, and threatened to destroy their lives if they resisted,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John A. Eisenberg. “Merritt was one of the online administrators who made CVLT’s monstruous machinery of child exploitation run. NSD thanks our law enforcement partners here and around the world whose work enabled the Department to bring these charges.” (…) According to his plea agreement, Merritt was a member and leader of CVLT – pronounced “cult” – which was a group of individuals dedicated to the online sexual exploitation of children, primarily vulnerable girls. CVLT members, including Merritt, worked together online to entice and coerce children into self-producing CSAM and to engage in self-harm. CVLT members – Merritt included – hurt at least five minor victims.  CVLT consisted of multiple individuals, including Merritt and co-defendants Clint Jordan Lopaka Nahooikaika Borge, 42, a.k.a. “Whoops,” of Pahoa, Hawaii, Rohan Rane, 29, and Collin John Thomas Walker, 24, a.k.a. “Wrath,” of Bridgeton, New Jersey.  The purpose of CVLT’s child exploitation was to create an army of sadist followers. CVLT espoused neo-Nazism, nihilism, and pedophilia as its core principles, among others, and exposed children to material depicting and promoting these principles. This included repeated uses of Nazi symbols and language and the distribution of bondage, discipline, sadist, and masochistic (BDSM) and gore CSAM.

Criminal investigation into neo Nazi group which celebrated Hitler’s birthday ends without charges

A decision to release nine suspects shows British Movement acts ‘with apparent impunity’ according to Hope Not Hate. A ten-month police investigation into members of a neo Nazi group who were caught celebrating Hitler’s birthday in an Oldham pub has concluded without any criminal charges being brought, the Manchester Evening News can reveal. Nine people who were arrested in dawn raids in May last year following our expose of north west members of the fringe far-right group British Movement have been told no further action will be taken against them. Campaign group Hope Not Hate expressed concern that the closing of the police investigation suggested that British Movement ‘continues to operate with apparent impunity’. Oldham MP Jim McMahon stopped short of criticising investigators but expressed outrage about the group’s ‘blatant and extremely concerning’ conduct. Members of the group pulled out flags and a cake decorated with a swastika at the Duke of Edinburgh, in Royton, on Saturday April 19 last year.

German AfD member gifts Chechen official daggers with swastikas in Grozny

Chechen native and member of the German far-right party Alternative for Germany (AfD) Murad Dadaev, more commonly known as Noah Krieger, has visited Chechnya, where he met with local officials. While in the republic’s capital Grozny, Krieger gifted a senior Chechen official German daggers from World War II adorned with swastikas. According to videos and social media posts, Krieger appears to have arrived in Grozny on 6 March and has remained there as of publication. During his visit, he attended a parliamentary session and held meetings with several high-ranking officials. Footage shared by Chechen opposition movement NIYSO shows him in the company of Zamid Chalaev, commander of the Akhmat Kadyrov special police forces, and another person presumed to be police lieutenant Khusen Alkhanov. Krieger was also seen meeting with Chechen Information and Press Minister Akhmed Dudaev, whom he gifted the daggers to. A picture shared by Krieger was captioned ‘Thank God for the gift’. Both Dudaev and Chalaev are under international sanctions for war crimes committed during Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the abduction of Ukrainian children. Krieger has also posted Instagram stories of him speaking in German in front of the Heart of Chechnya mosque in Grozny. (…) In December 2025, an investigation by the Russian independent media outlet iStories and the German project Correctiv found that Krieger was the brother of Suleyman Dadaev, who was involved in the 2009 killing of Umar Israilov, a critic of Chechen Head Ramzan Kadyrov.
