In a transnational racist get-together on the Progress Report podcast run by Canadian self-proclaimed “racist” Lyndon Perry, aired on October 21, 2026 on YouTube (126,000 subscribers and monetized), Rumble, and X, French Identitarian Thaïs d’Escufon and violent Australian neo-Nazi Thomas Sewell appeared to align on several forms of bigotry. They spoke at length, upwards of two hours, about how to make migrants afraid of white people, and their own beliefs in the white supremacist “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory, which has inspired several mass casualty terrorist attacks worldwide. D’Escufon’s alarming new alliance is only made worse considering the recent publicity provided to her by people close to the Trump administration; in October 2026 alone she had a post on X boosted by Ted Cruz, and was interviewed by former Deputy Director of the FBI Dan Bongino on his podcast.
Anne-Thaïs du Tertre d’Escoeuffant, better known to the public as Thaïs d’Escufon, is a French Identitarian activist from the Toulouse area. D’Escufon got her start in far-right politics when she joined the antisemitic, monarchist organization Action Française (French Action) before joining Génération Identitaire (Generation Identity, GI), later becoming their spokesperson. In 2021, both Génération Identitaire and d’Escufon ran into legal troubles. After she posted a video at the Col du Portillon on the French-Spanish border in which she made racist and denigrating comments about migrants, d’Escufon was charged, and eventually convicted of public insult. In March 2021, Génération Identitaire was completely dissolved in France by the Council of Ministers for “inciting violence and discrimination.” GI still operates across Europe (at least 37 chapters), with over 150 more Identitarian organizations, movements, and political parties active worldwide. Thomas Sewell is one of Australia’s most vocal and prominent neo-Nazis and a key figure in white supremacist circles globally. A former member of the Australian army, Sewell was radicalized while serving after re-reading Hitler’s autobiographical manifesto Mein Kampf. He’s since been at the forefront of several neo-Nazi projects, such as the Lads Society (LadSoc), the United Patriots Front (UPF), the European Australia Movement (EAM), the National Socialist Network (NSN), and White Australia. In over a decade as a neo-Nazi activist, Sewell has been alleged and sometimes found guilty of acts of violence and intimidation. In 2025 alone, he was accused of leading the NSN in an attack against an Indigenous encampment (trial pending), giving a speech that broke the state of Victoria’s offensive behavior laws (sentenced to 200 hours of community work in June 2026), and found guilty of intimidating a police officer and his wife. Both Identitarians and neo-Nazis share beliefs in the white supremacist “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory, which falsely alleges that white people are being intentionally replaced by immigrants. Jews are often the scapegoat as “masterminds” behind this plan. Proponents of the “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory have committed several acts of mass casualty terrorist attacks transnationally. One such terrorist is Brenton Tarrant, who in 2019 murdered 51 Muslims at mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. He titled his manifesto “The Great Replacement,” and donated €1,500 to the Austrian chapter of Generation Identity, led at the time by former neo-Nazi Martin Sellner. Tarrant also declined an invitation by Sewell to join the Lads Society but nevertheless became an active member on a Lads Society Facebook page prior to committing the attack (in his manifesto, Tarrant maintains he acted alone and not as a member of a group). Beliefs in the “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory continue to inspire Identitarian activism throughout Europe, and now worldwide. “Remigration,” an ethnic cleansing proposal based on the conspiracy theory, has reached the White House.
