Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco Urges Parents to Monitor Children’s Online Activity, Citing Global ‘Satanic and Neo-Nazi’ Online Cults. Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco today delivered a chilling update on the arrest of a 13-year-old Port Richey boy charged with possessing child pornography and bestiality. The sheriff revealed that the arrest is connected to a global online cult that encourages self-harm, suicide, and idolizes school shooters and mass murderers. During a press conference at the Pasco Sheriff’s Office on Monday, Sheriff Nocco detailed the disturbing nature of the online group. The investigation began a month ago with a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) about a Discord group where a young girl was being encouraged to cut herself in a “live cut show.” The IP address was traced to the 13-year-old boy in Port Richey. A subsequent investigation uncovered four felony counts of child pornography, including videos of an infant, and one felony count of bestiality. In addition to these charges, the boy was found to be in possession of documentation with instructions for mass murder, building bombs, and concealing evidence. The teen also confessed to encouraging two other minors to harm themselves. Sheriff Nocco described the group as a “satanic and Neo-Nazi” cult that places “no value on human life.” He explained that members gain status and notoriety within the group by coercing others to self-harm or commit suicide and then videotaping the acts to share online. The sheriff also highlighted the pervasive and dangerous crime of sextortion, which is a major component of these online groups. Perpetrators gain explicit videos of victims, often by coercing them through online games like Roblox and Minecraft, and then use the videos to extort and force victims into further harmful acts.
