“Young people should be ready to fight for what is right. The race war is inevitable, and it will begin soon.” As the U.S. continues to dismantle its domestic security infrastructure and ignore the threat posed by far-right extremists, the followers of a virulently racist and violent form of neo-Nazi ideology, part of a global extremist network responsible for multiple plots and attacks, are gathering on a growing web forum. The forum emerged in 2025 and has positioned itself as the latest successor to a defunct extremist web forum known as “Iron March,” which from 2011 to 2017 was a central networking space where one of the most influential and extreme strains of militant neo-Nazism emerged. Built with a dark aesthetic similar to its predecessor, the newer “Fash Front” web forum is emerging as a digital home for militant accelerationism. This is a violent far-right ideology rooted in the idea that societal collapse is not only inevitable, but desirable and necessary for building a fascist ethnostate. Its followers believe that this process can be sped up, or accelerated, through acts of violence that increase existing social divisions. This includes racist terrorist attacks like those carried out by mass murderers such as Anders Behring Breivik, a white supremacist who killed 77 people in a 2011 attack in Oslo, Norway, or Brenton Tarrant, an Australian-born shooter who killed 51 people in attacks on two New Zealand mosques in 2019. Both are venerated as having struck out against a system they believe is systematically replacing people of European descent with people of color. Each time a user accesses the main page of “Fash Front,” they are shown an image and a quote from a fascist organizer or politician. Figures featured include historic fascists such as Italian dictator Benito Mussolini, antisemitic British politician Sir Oswald Mosley, and more modern ideologues like James Nolan Mason, the author of the neo-Nazi terrorism manual Siege. “The whining about concentration camps is a peacetime, parlor luxury which will fade fast when hell breaks loose, and people are looking for killers to be on their own side,” one line attributed to Mason reads.
