Amid a long-running campaign by far-right communities threatening to attack the nation’s power grid, domestic extremists cheered when two still unattributed shootings at North Carolina substations plunged tens of thousands of people into darkness. Now, two new reports show how far-right communities, including neo-Nazis, reacted to the most recent sabotage.
