Jacob Miller, 44, of South Hadley, pleaded guilty to importing nuclear material without lawful authority, as well as being a felon in possession of ammunition, being a felon in possession of explosive materials, mailing hazardous materials and possession of child pornography, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts said. Miller has been in federal custody since being arrested and indicted last April. Miller’s lawyer did not immediately respond to NBC News’ request for comment Monday night. Miller was convicted in 2004 of charges of possession of child pornography and possession of an explosive device. He was sentenced to two and a half years in prison and 10 years of probation, according to court documents.
