An international neo-Nazi accelerationist terror network – started by a now Russia-based former U.S. military contractor in 2018 – has recently created a Spain-based cell called. This Spanish cell created a Telegram channel on April 1, 2025 which has 93 subscribers. The channel has posted violent propaganda, calls for action, recruitment and donation solicitations. Additionally, the channel published posts declaring the international organization’s primary goal – the creation of an independent all-white ethnostate, which it has decided to pursue via a violent guerilla campaign in the Carpathian Mountain region and Zakarpattia Oblast of Ukraine. This campaign seeks to exploit the chaos caused by the Ukraine-Russia War and Ukraine’s diminished military capacity. The Telegram channel’s posts promote the guerilla campaign, encouraging members to travel to Ukraine to participate in the network’s violent efforts to create an all-white ethnostate.
