Former porn star Mia Khalifa has donated more than $10,000 to help Black trans women access gender affirming surgeries and pay their rent. Khalifa, who rose to fame on PornHub in 2014, now makes money on OnlyFans – and she recently decided to donate thousands of dollars to For The Gworls, an organisation that provides vital funds to Black trans people. Mia Khalifa revealed details of her generous gift on her Instagram Stories, writing: “Raised some money on OF (OnlyFans) for women’s day and have been trying to find organisations to donate it to.” She added: “I love what For The Gworls is doing, thank you for your work and to everyone who donated!” On Twitter, Khalifa explained that she raised $1,000 and was originally planning to match that amount – but she was so inspired by the work For The Gworls does that she decided to add an extra $9,000 to her donation.
